This 13,080 square feet adaptive reuse project in Englewood, Colorado converted a “mid-century” department store in to workspace for a civil engineering and survey firm.  The building includes an 18 feet high street level workspace with a storefront opening to Broadway (Englewood’s downtown main street). The space also includes a 1,390
square feet mezzanine level at the rear and a full basement level of workspace below the street level.
