The Master Plan for this one kilometer long property was created with a friend
from Beijing, Zhang Xiaoguang, as part of a large urban design district on the
northwest side of Beijing. The development includes a variety of housing
types, office space, retail districts, and a five story shopping center adjacent
to a new metro stop. Parking is provided by underground parking structures.
